A 25% retainer fee along with a signed contract will secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

A full refund will be given for cancellations 90 days prior to your event date. The retainer is non-refundable for cancellations within 90 days of your event date.

We understand there may be unforeseen circumstances that affect your event, such as weather or venue complications. We will do our best to accommodate postponed events.

Yes. To ensure a merry and stress-free environment, we do not utilize a tip jar or any sort of collection at the truck. A 20% gratuity is added to your package price for our amazing service team.

Yes. We provide experienced and cheerful service, and in accordance with state regulations, we ID all guests and will not overserve. Should the need arise, we will cut people off.
